Heming Rustad Hansen

Heming has a Masters degree (MSc) in Fisheries and Aquaculture science from the Arctic University of Norway, and is currently writing a Ph.D. thesis within the field ‘Marine Biotechnology.’ Due to his previous work experience with laboratory research and food production, e.g. potatoes, meat and salmon, Heming has a strong focus on product quality and details.

Heming has been the CPO of Marealis since 2016, where he’s been able to demonstrate his excellent academic skills combined with his competence within industrial production, process and quality control. Heming has his roots on Senja, a beautiful island that often is called “Norway in miniature.” Consequently, in his spare time, he can be found skiing or hiking in the mountains.
